摘 要:介绍了一种核反应堆压力容器用厚壁带大尺寸侧接管的一体化筒体制造技术。借助于数值模拟方法,设计并锻造出一支带对称凸台的厚壁筒体,在凸台位置机加工出预制孔,用于侧接管的定位和成形,通过专用冲型辅具,将锻造压力传递至接管冲头,完成接管的热挤压成形,最终实现了锻件的一体化近净成形,最大限度保留了锻造流线。性能热处理后,锻件各部位最终获得优异的力学性能。An integrated cylinder manufacturing technology with thick wall ring belt and large size side nozzle for nuclear reactor pressure vessel has been introduced.With the help of numerical simulation method,a thick-walled cylinder with a symmetrical boss has been designed and forged,and a prefabricated hole has been machined at the boss position for the positioning and forming of the side nozzle.The forging pressure has been transferred to the nozzle punch through the special punching auxiliary tool,and the hot extrusion forming of the nozzle has been completed.Finally,the integrated near-net forming of the forging has been realized,and the forging streamline has been retained to the maximum extent.After performance heat treatment,excellent mechanical properties have been obtained for each part of the forging finally.
