摘　　要：针对IT项目管理课程理论性强、学生缺乏项目实践经验和教学效果不理想的问题,本文探讨将系统集成项目管理工程师考试知识点引入课程教学。通过完善教学内容、调整教学安排、建设线上教学资源、改革教学策略和教学模式等措施,提高课程教学效果。实践结果表明,该教学改革可有效提高学生的学习积极性,有利于提升学生的专业能力和就业竞争力。In response to the strong theoretical nature of IT project management courses,the lack of project practical experience among students,and the unsatisfactory teaching effects,this article explores the introduction of knowledge points from the system integration project management engineer exam into course teaching.By improving teaching content,adjusting teaching arrangements,building online teaching resources,reforming teaching strategies and models,and other measures,the effectiveness of course teaching can be improved.The practical results show that this teaching reform can effectively improve students'learning enthusiasm,and is conducive to enhancing their professional abilities and employment competitiveness.
