摘 要:为了解荒漠草原柠条灌丛堆不同生长期土壤养分状况,以海东市荒漠草原地区柠条灌丛为研究对象,在发育期、成熟期和衰退期3种不同时期下分别选择15个长势均匀、外形差异较小,但大小有区别的柠条灌丛堆,并分别测定柠条灌丛堆0~20 cm、>20~40 cm、>40~60 cm土层土壤养分及其真菌丰富度和多样性。结果表明:发育期、成熟期和衰退期柠条灌丛堆不同土层土壤pH和总磷比较无差异(P>0.05);不同生长期柠条灌丛堆不同土层土壤有机碳、总氮、速效磷和电导率存在显著差异(P<0.05);不同生长期柠条灌丛堆不同土层土壤真菌多样性比较无明显差异(P>0.05),真菌丰富度中Sobs和Chao1两项指标比较无差异(P>0.05),但成熟期柠条灌丛堆不同土层Ace均高于发育期和衰退期,发育期其次,衰退期最低(P<0.05)。不同生长期柠条灌丛土壤养分状况存在显著差异,可根据柠条灌丛堆不同生长时期土壤养分状况进行土壤结构优化,从而促进柠条生长与发育。In order to understand the soil nutrient status of Caragana korshinskii shrub piles at different growth stages in desert steppe,taking Caragana korshinskii shrub piles in desert steppe of Haidong City as research objects,fifteen Caragana korshinskii shrub piles with uniform growth,small differences in appearance,but different size were selected under three different stages of development,maturity and decline.Soil nutrients and their fungal richness and diversity in 0-20 cm,>20-40 cm and>40-60 cm soil layers of Caragana korshinskii shrub piles were measured.The results showed as follows:there was no difference in soil pH and total phosphorus in the different soil layers of the development,maturity,and decline stages of Caragana korshinskii shrub piles(P>0.05);there were significant differences in soil organic carbon,total nitrogen,available phosphorus,and electrical conductivity in the different soil layers of different growth stages of Caragana korshinskii shrub piles(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in soil fungal diversity in the different soil layers of different growth stages of Caragana korshinskii shrub piles(P>0.05).There was no difference in the Sobs and Chao1 indicators of fungal richness(P>0.05),but the Ace in the different soil layers of the mature stage of Caragana korshinskii shrub piles was higher than that in the development and decline stages,followed by the development stage and the decline stage(P<0.05).There are significant differences in the nutrient status of soil at different growth stages of Caragana korshinskii shrub piles.Soil structure optimization can be carried out based on the nutrient status of soil at different growth stages of Caragana korshinskii shrub piles,thereby promoting the growth and development of Caragana korshinskii.
