摘 要:为探究山西境内不同海拔梯度下土壤可培养细菌数量特征及其变化趋势,选择海拔梯度大、垂直特征明显的五台山作为研究区域,以不同海拔(1452、1646、1870、2068、2284、2522和2750 m)、不同深度(0~10 cm、20~30 cm)土壤为研究对象,采用稀释平板法分析不同海拔、不同土壤深度可培养细菌数量分布特征。结果表明:五台山土壤可培养细菌数量介于4.30×10^(7)~18.55×10^(7)CFU·g^(-1)之间,平均值为10.80×10^(7)CFU·g^(-1);可培养细菌数量随着海拔高度的上升呈显著下降趋势(P<0.05);除1646 m样点外,其他6个样点0~10 cm与20~30 cm土壤可培养细菌数量均存在显著差异(P<0.05);土壤可培养细菌数量与含水量呈极显著负相关(P<0.01)。研究区域土壤可培养细菌数量受海拔高度、土壤深度及含水量显著影响。In order to explore the quantitative characteristics and change trend of culturable bacteria in the soils under different altitude gradients in Shanxi Province,Wutai Mountain with large altitude gradient and obvious vertical characteristics was selected as the research area.The soils at different elevations(1452 m,1646 m,1870 m,2068 m,2284 m,2522 m,2750 m)and different depths(0-10 cm,20-30 cm)were used as the research objects.The distribution characteristics of culturable bacteria at different elevations and soil depths were analyzed by dilution plate method.The results showed as follows:the number of culturable bacteria in the soil of Wutai Mountain ranged from 4.30×10^(7)to 18.55×10~(7)CFU·g^(-1),with an average value of 10.80×10^(7)CFU·g^(-1);the number of culturable bacteria decreased with the increase of elevation(P<0.05);in addition,there were significant differences in the number of culturable bacteria in 0-10 cm soil and 20-30 cm soil in the other six sample sites except 1646 m sample sites(P<0.05);the number of culturable bacteria in soil was significantly negatively correlated with water content(P<0.01).In summary,the number of culturable bacteria in the soil of the study area was significantly affected by elevation,soil depth and water content.
