摘  要:以某型号中高档前轮驱动轿车的前轴右轮轮毂轴承作为研究对象,对轮毂轴承进行Hertz理论分析,利用Romax对它进行三维建模并编辑载荷谱运行后得出接触应力,并将理论结果与仿真结果进行对比。最后,采用拉丁超立方采样、一次二阶矩法,对轴承进行动态可靠性与灵敏度计算与分析。结果表明:基于Romax的汽车轮毂轴承可靠性方法可以有效分析汽车设计过程中的轮毂可靠性与灵敏度,可作为汽车轮毂选型匹配与设计的方法。Taking the front-right wheel hub bearing of a certain model of front wheel drive car as the research object,the hub bearing was analyzed by Hertz theory,and the contact stress was obtained after 3D modeling.Load spectrum was edited by Romax,and the theoretical results were compared with the simulation results.Finally,using Latin hypercube sampling,first-order second-moment reliability analysis method was used to analyze and calculate the bearing dynamic reliability and sensitivity.The results showed that the method of auto-hub bearing reliability based on Romax could effectively analyze the car wheel reliability and sensitivity in design process and could be used as automobile wheel hub type matching and design method.
