摘 要:针对方形硬壳锂离子电池的产热行为表征问题,结合理论分析与实验研究提出了一种量化分析新方法——热补偿法。探讨了电池产热性能与荷电状态、工作电流、温度的曲线关系。发现电池的产热性能、温升幅度等均随工作电流的降低和温度的升高而减弱,但放电效率却随之增大;电池生热率与工作电流、温度分别呈二次非线性关系。相比于采用传统Bernardi模型测算电池产热,“热补偿法”精度高达94%,且成本低、易操作,具备市场推广潜力。To pinpoint the thermal behaviors of a prismatic lithium ion battery,a new quantitative analysis method of thermal compensation was proposed by combining theoretical analysis and experimental research.The relationship between the thermal performance of the battery and the state of charge,operating current and temperature was discussed.It was shown that the thermal performance and temperature rise of the battery decreased with the decrease of operating current and the increasing temperature,but the discharge efficiency increased.The heat generation rate of the battery had a quadratic nonlinear relationship with the operating current and increasing temperature.Compared with the traditional Bernardi model to determine the battery heat production rate,the"thermal compensation method"proposed in this study has a high accuracy of 94%,meanwhile has advantages of low cost,easy operation and market prospects,etc.
