摘 要:流体噪声通过水管路辐射到海洋中,严重影响水下航行器的隐蔽性及安全性,加装水管路消声器是减小水管路辐射噪声的重要措施。考虑到流体流动对水管路消声器性能的影响,利用膨胀式消声器内部流场数值计算结果,采用平均流速理论,计算考虑内部流体流动时的消声器的传递损失,探究流速结构对消声器传递损失的影响。计算结果表明,在低流速条件下,流速对消声器的传递损失影响不大,但流体再生噪音会在特定频率下使消声器传递损失出现低值,需要对消声器结构进行改进。计算结果表明,通过修正消声器结构参数以及串联共振腔室消声器结构可有效提升特定频率下的消声器低值。可为降噪计算方法提供理论参考。Fluid noise radiates into the ocean through water pipelines,which seriously affects the concealment and safety of underwater vehicles.The installation of water pipeline mufflers is an important measure to reduce the radiation noise of water pipelines.In order to consider the effect of fluid flow on the performance of water pipe muffler,using the numerical calculation results of the internal flow field of the expansion muffler,mean flow average velocity theory was used to calculate the transmission loss of the muffler when considering the internal fluid flow,and to explore the influence of the velocity structure on the transmission loss of the muffler.The calculation results showed that,under the condition of low flow velocity,the flow velocity had little effect on the transmission loss of the muffler,but the fluid regeneration noise would cause a low value of the transmission loss of the muffler at a specific frequency,and the muffler structure needed to be improved.The calculation showed that the low value of muffler under specific frequency could be effectively improved by modifying the structural parameters of the muffler and the structure of series resonant chamber muffler.This paper can provide theoretical reference for noise reduction calculation methods.
