银质针配合温控银针治疗仪治疗腰背肌筋膜炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究银质针配合温控银针治疗仪治疗腰背肌筋膜炎患者的疗效。方法:将60例腰背肌筋膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规针刺治疗,治疗组给予银质针配合温控银针治疗仪治疗。2组疗程均为3周。观察2组临床疗效,以及治疗前,治疗后第1,2,3周视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:治疗组显效18例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率为93.33%;对照组显效10例,有效12例,无效8例,总有效率为73.33%。2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后第1,2,3周,2组VAS评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:银质针配合温控银针治疗仪治疗腰背肌筋膜炎,可有效减轻患者的疼痛症状,提高疗效。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of silver needle combined with temperature controlled silver needle therapy device on patients with lumbar and dorsal myofasciitis.Methods:Sixty patients with lower back myofasciitis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each.The control group received routine acupuncture treatment,while the treatment group received silver needle combined with a temperature controlled silver needle therapy.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.The clinical efficacy of two groups,as well as the visual analogue scale(VAS)before treatment and at 1,2,and 3 weeks after treatment were observed.Results:In the treatment group,18 cases showed significant improvement,10 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 93.33%.In the control group,10 cases showed significant improvement,12 cases were effective,and 8 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 73.33%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the 1st,2nd,and 3rd week after treatment,VAS in both groups improved compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Silver needle combined with temperature controlled silver needle therapy can effectively alleviate pain symptoms and improve therapeutic effect in patients with lumbar and dorsal myofasciitis.
