乳腺癌患者一级亲属癌症风险感知质性研究的Meta整合

摘　　要：目的分析与评价乳腺癌患者一级亲属对感知癌症风险后的感受、对风险的认识等,为改善其风险感知水平,提高癌症预防意识和采取健康行为提供参考。方法计算机检索建库至2022年11月1日发表在中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献网、Embase、PubMed、Web of Science等数据库中乳腺癌患者一级亲属风险感知的质性研究文献,采用JBI质性研究质量评价工具对文献进行质量评价,采用Meta整合方法对结果进行整合分析。结果共纳入9篇研究,提炼出28个主题,归纳为7个类别,最终形成3个整合结果,即乳腺癌患者一级亲属感知自身患癌风险存在多重情绪、乳腺癌患者一级亲属感知自身患癌风险存在认知差异、乳腺癌患者一级亲属面对患癌风险态度差别较大。结论医护人员应提高对乳腺癌患者一级亲属的重视,关注其心理情绪及对风险的认识,给予其个体化指导,提高其预防管理态度。Objective To analyze and evaluate the experience,attitude and behavior of first-degree relatives of breast cancer patients on cancer risk perception,in order to improve the level of risk perception,raise the awareness of cancer prevention and follow the guidance of healthy behavior improvement.Methods Literature searching was undertaken in databases including CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Sinomed,Embase,PubMed,Web of Science and other databases in order to collect qualitative research literature on risk perception of first-degree relatives of breast cancer patients.The time was set from the establishment of the database to November 1,2022.Then,JBI qualitative research quality evaluation tool was used to evaluate the quality of the literature,and meta-integration method was used to integrate and analyze the results.Results A total of nine studies were included,and 28 themes were extracted and summarized into seven categories.Finally,three integrated results were formed,namely multiple emotions in their perception of their own cancer risk,different perceptions of their own cancer risk,and different attitudes towards cancer risk.Conclusion Medical staffs should pay more attention to the first-degree relatives of breast cancer patients,focus on their psychological emotions and needs,and give them individual guidance.
