摘　　要：该文从血液透析患者主要症状群、评估工具、影响因素、干预措施的文献进行综述,以为血液透析患者症状群进一步的研究提供参考,同时提示临床医务人员应关注血液透析患者的症状群,加强评估,并采取针对性的干预措施,有效改善患者多种症状的困扰,提高其生存质量。This article reviews the literature on the main symptom groups,assessment tools,influencing factors,and intervention measures of hemodialysis patients,with a view to providing references for further research.It also reminds clinical nurses to pay attention to the symptom groups of hemodialysis patients and strengthen assessment.And take targeted intervention measures to effectively improve the various symptoms of hemodialysis patients and improve their quality of life.
