摘 要:冷却水套作为柴油机的核心结构,其流动与传热特性直接影响着柴油机的可靠性和使用寿命。以某两缸高压共轨柴油机为研究对象,为了解该发动机冷却水套流动与传热性能,以水套速度场、温度场、换热系数等空间分布参数为判据,重点对冷却水套关键区域的流动和传热特性进行分析,同时提出优化方案。仿真结果表明:发动机整体冷却液流动性差,平均流速低于0.5m/s,缸体进气侧冷却水套上部出现了流动死区;通过对冷却系统性能参数和冷却水套结构进行优化,冷却水套进出口压力损失减小,整体冷却液平均流速较原方案提高了173.91%,整体平均换热系数较原方案提高了41.93%,整体冷却水套流动均匀性得到改善。The cooling water jacket is the core structure of the diesel engine,and its flow and heat transfer characteristics directly affect the reliability and service life of the diesel engine.Taking a two-cylinder high-pressure common rail diesel engine as the research object,in order to understand the flow and heat transfer performance of the engine cooling water jacket,the space distribution parameters such as the water jacket velocity field,temperature field,and heat transfer coefficient are used as criteria,focus on the analysis of the flow and heat transfer characteristics in the key areas of the cooling water jacket,and propose an optimization plan.The simulation results show that the overall coolant fluidity of the engine is poor,and the average flow velocity is less than 0.5m/s,there is a dead zone in the upper part of the cooling water jacket on the intake side of the cylinder block;by optimizing the performance parameters of the cooling system and the structure of the cooling water jacket,the pressure loss at the inlet and outlet of the cooling water jacket is reduced,and the overall average flow rate of the coolant is increased by 173.91%compared with the original plan,the overall average heat transfer coefficient is increased by 41.93%compared with the original plan,and the flow uniformity of the overall cooling water jacket is improved.
