摘　　要：主要介绍了一种山西配洗SXT焦煤,经小焦炉试验和生产验证,SXT焦煤大比例配入会导致焦炭质量明显下降,各批次的煤质质量波动很大。因此使用前要对其煤质进行全面检测,在配煤炼焦过程中,配比不宜超过6%,主要应用于捣固焦炉。This paper mainly describes one type of Shanxi blended SXT coking coal.Based on pilot oven test and operation practice,mixing a large proportion of SXT coking coal will make coke quality become worse and coke quality of each batch fluctuates greatly.Therefore,an overall inspection is needed for the coke quality before the it is put into use,the ratio shall not be greater than 6%in the process of coal blending,which is mainly used in stamp-charge battery.
