摘　　要：针对饱和器脱氨后煤气主管的捕雾器阻力升高,影响煤气系统正常运行的问题,增设煤气旁通管,拆除原煤气主管上的捕雾器,分别在2台饱和器出口管道上安装新的捕雾器。改造后如果捕雾器阻力升高时就可以切换饱和器,并进行饱和器离线检修。In view of the problem of increased resistance of mist catcher in gas main after NH3 removal of the saturater,which affects normal operation of the gas system,an additional gas bypass is added,the mist catcher on the existing gas main is removed,and new mist catchers are respectively installed on the outlet pipes of the two saturaters.After the modification,the saturater can be switched in case the resistance of the mist catcher increases and off-line maint enance for the saturater can be done.
