摘　　要：介绍了焦油渣切割泵的结构和原理,总结了泵使用5年中出现的一些故障。通过分析泵损坏的原因,提出了泵的改进措施,以期杜绝泵损坏事件的发生,保证设备安全可靠运行,降低设备检修费用并延长设备使用寿命。This paper mainly introduces the structure and principle of the tar residue cutting pump,and summarizes some faults of the pump in the last five years.Through analyzing the causes of pump damage,improvement measures have been raised,which aims to avoid pump being damaged,ensure the safe and reliable operation of equipment,lower equipment maintenance costs,and longer service life.
