摘  要:对粗苯加氢净化工艺、萃取工艺和萃取剂进行比较与选择。因为Litol加氢工艺产品单一、投资较高,气液两段催化加氢工艺能耗较高,所以选择两段气相催化加氢工艺。因为液相萃取工艺投资较大、操作维护困难,所以选择萃取蒸馏工艺。因为环丁砜萃取蒸馏效果较好、产品质量稳定,所以选用环丁砜作为萃取剂。This paper compares and selects the crude benzol hydro-refining process,extraction process,and extractant.Due to the single product and high investment of the Litol hydrogenation process,as well as the high energy consumption of the gas-liquid two-stage catalytic hydro-refining process,the two-stage gas-phase catalytic hydro-refining process is selected.The extractive distillation process is selected due to the high investment and difficult operation and maintenance of the liquid phase extraction process,Sulfolane is selected as the extractant due to its good extraction and distillation effect and stable product quality.
