摘 要:对焦化取水量组成进行了分析,识别了循环水系统补充水量是影响取水量的关键单元,而蒸发水量、排污水量是补水量的主要组成部分。通过理论与实践分析,确定了影响各个用水单元取水量的关键因素,并针对这些因素提出了节水建议。对消雾节水型冷却塔、闭式冷却塔、电化学水处理技术进行了比较与分析,阐述了各技术的特点及适用条件,为焦化企业节水工作提供参考。Through analyzing the composition of fresh water quantity in coking plant,the paper identifies make-up water quantity in water circulating system as the key to influencing fresh water quantity.Quantities of water evaporation and waste water discharge are important components of make-up water quantity.With theoretical and practical analysis,key components of fresh water quantity in each water consumption unit are determined.Accordingly,water-saving proposals are given in this paper.Comparison analysis is made among cooling tower of demisting and water-saving type,closed cooling tower,and electrochemical water treatment technology.Characteristics and applicable conditions of each technology are illustrated in the paper,which gives reference t o water-saving job in coking plant.
