新时代航空维修产业国际化技术技能人才培养路径研究——以成都为例

摘　　要：参与国际航空产业竞争是“十四五”时期我国航空维修领域响应航空强国、民航强国、军民融合发展等重大战略部署的重要措施。四川省力争成为支撑我国民航发展的“第四极”,将以成都为中心建立扎实的产业基础和完备的产业链条。技术技能人才是产业发展与转型的关键要素,成都地区航空维修产业技术技能人才的数量紧缺程度一般,但维修人才普遍缺乏国际化视野,对国际行业动态与形势了解不多,欠缺国际化沟通与洽谈的业务能力。因此航空维修领域国际化技术技能人才的培养应以地区航空维修产业发展需求、用人需求为导向,创新校企合作,引入国际化资源,搭建国际化育人平台,形成符合地区所需的航空维修国际化技术技能人才的培养路径。Participation in the international aviation industry competition highlights the“14th Five-Year Plan”period of China’s aviation maintenance field in response to aviation power,military-civilian integration,and other major strategic deployments.Sichuan Province strives to become the“fourth region”supporting the development of China's civil aviation and will establish a solid industrial foundation and complete industrial chain with Chengdu as the center.Technical and skilled personnel is the key element of industrial development and transformation,and the Chengdu aviation maintenance industry on its demand is not serious.However,those personnel generally lack international vision and do not know much about industry trends and international communication skills.To accommodate the industry demand,vocational colleges should develop training pathways for aviation maintenance skilled talents with international awareness and abilities by catering to the local aviation industry’s development and talent demand,innovating school-enterprise cooperation,introducing international TVET resources,and creating international training platforms.
