摘  要:钢结构具有力学性能好、建筑布局灵活、施工周期短等众多优点。同时,大力发展钢结构建筑也是推动建筑工业化转型升级,推广装配式建筑,解决目前国内钢铁产能过剩的有效途径。因此,对于钢结构连接的研究具有重要意义。本文利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对方钢管柱-H型钢梁节点中的加强套板式节点、加强环式节点、狗骨式节点、普通节点在往复荷载下的力学性能进行了对比研究。结果表明:加强套板式节点破坏形态为梁端塑性铰破坏,塑性铰出现在距柱表面75~175 mm距离处;加强环型节点破坏形态为节点核心区剪切破坏;狗骨式节点破坏形态为梁端塑性铰破坏,塑性铰出现在梁截面削弱处;普通节点为节点域柱表面变形破坏。加强套板式节点、加强环式节点、狗骨式节点、普通节点滞回曲线呈饱满的梭形,均具备良好的力学性能。狗骨式节点因梁截面进行过削弱,其极限承载力最小;加强环节点因加强环的加强作用,又是柱节点域剪切破坏,其承载力明显大于其它节点。Steel structure has many advantages,such as good mechanical properties,flexible building layout,short construction period,etc.At the same time,steel structure building is also an effective way to promote the transformation and upgrading of building industrialization,promote prefabricated buildings,and solve the current domestic steel overcapacity.Therefore,the research of steel structure connection is of great significance.In this paper,using ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the mechanical properties of stiffened sheathed plate joints,stiffened ring joints,dog-bone joints and common joints in square steel tubular column-H steel beam joints under reciprocating load are compared and studied.The results show that the failure mode of reinforced sleeve plate joints is plastic hinge failure at the beam end,which occurs at a distance of 75~175 mm from the column surface;The failure mode of reinforced circular joints is shear failure in the core area of the node;The failure mode of dog bone joints is plastic hinge failure at the beam end,which occurs at the weakened section of the beam;Ordinary nodes are subject to deformation and failure of the column surface in the node domain.The hysteresis curves of reinforced sleeve plate joints,reinforced ring joints,dog bone joints,and ordinary joints show a full shuttle shape,all of which have good mechanical properties.The dog bone joint has the smallest ultimate bearing capacity due to the weakened beam cross-section;Due to the strengthening effect of the strengthening ring and the shear failure of the column node domain,the bearing capacity of the strengthening link point is significantly greater than that of other nodes.
