摘 要:本文对新钢公司烧结机头烟气袋式除尘首台套技术、应用过程及运行效果进行介绍,并结合首台套示范工程运行数据,全面分析了袋式除尘器与电除尘器两种高效除尘设备的技术差异及其对烧结机超低排放的影响,重点从排放浓度、设备阻力与能耗、运行维护成本以及减污降碳等方面对两种技术进行了综合技术经济分析。结果表明:烧结机头烟气使用袋式除尘后,对烧结生产无不良影响,不但保障了脱硫脱硝超低排放系统的稳定运行,而且实现颗粒物超低排放,达到减污降碳、降本增效的目的,为烧结烟气净化进一步实现超净排提供了新的技术途径。In this paper,the technology,application process and operationeffectof first set of application engineering of bag filter in sintering head flue gas in Xinsteelareintroduced.Combining withthe operation data of thefirst set of application engineering,the technicaldifferences oftwo effective dust removal devices of bag filter and electric precipitator areelaborated and analyzed,as well as the effects of the devices onultra-low emissions ofsinteringmachine,and comprehensivetechnical and economic analysis oftwo methodsarecarried out in terms of emission concentration,device resistance and energy consumption,operationand maintenance cost andpollution and carbon reduction.The results show thatafterthe bagfilter is applied in thesintering head flue gas,nodamage is produced,which not only guaranteed the stable operationofultra-low emission system ofdesulfurization and denitrification,but also realizedultra-low emission of particles,thus obtained thegoal ofultra-low emissionand cost decreasing and benefit increasing,providing the new technical method for ultra-clean emissions of sitering flue gas.
