摘　　要：影响力投资作为综合考虑商业效益和社会效应的投资策略,为实现共同富裕提供了一种可操作的新路径。本文系统梳理了影响力投资的定义及其特征,分析浙江省社会影响力投资实践及发展过程中遇到的难点、堵点问题,为下阶段继续探索影响力投资,助力共同富裕示范区建设提供思路与启发。研究发现,影响力投资在浙江省的实践过程中,还存在缺乏影响力投资专项规划和方案、投资标准不够清晰、运作模式相对单一、投资信息披露不足等问题。下一步,应加快建设与浙江共同富裕发展愿景相配套的影响力投资评估体系和衡量方法,吸引和支持更多机构实践影响力投资,推动影响力投资市场化建设,不断优化影响力投资专项政策及支持路径。Influence investment,as an investment strategy that comprehensively considers both commercial and social benefits,provides a feasible new path for achieving common prosperity.This article systematically outlines the definition and characteristics of influence investment,analyzes the difficulties and obstacles encountered in the practice and development process of social influence investment in Zhejiang Province,and provides ideas and inspiration for further exploring influence investment in the next stage and helping to build demonstration zones for common prosperity.Research has found that in the practical process of influence investment in Zhejiang Province,there are still problems such as a lack of special plans and plans for influence investment,unclear investment standards,relatively single operating models,and insufficient disclosure of investment information.The next step is to accelerate the construction of an impact investment evaluation system and measurement methods that are compatible with the development vision of common prosperity in Zhejiang,attract and support more institutions to practice impact investment,promote market-oriented construction of impact investment,and continuously optimize special policies and support paths for impact investment.
