摘 要:目的分析基于计划-执行-检查-处理(plan-do-check-act,PDCA)循环的主导-主体双主教学方式在临床营养学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9月—2023年8月期间佳木斯大学临床医学院104名临床医学专业本科学生作为研究对象,根据教学时间分为两组,即2021年9月—2022年8月期间的52名学生作为对照组,2022年9月—2023年8月期间的52名学生作为研究组。对照组采取常规临床营养学教学,研究组采取基于PDCA循环的双主教学方式进行临床营养学教学。针对两组教学考核成绩、批判性思维能力、教学满意度予以比较。结果研究组理论实践、实践考核分值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组中文版批判性思维能力题表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于PDCA循环的双主教学方式在临床营养学教学中具有较为理想的应用效果,有效提高了学生的教学考核成绩与教学满意度,增强其批判性思维能力。Objective To analyze the effect of the dual main teaching method of leading and subject based on plan-do-check-act(PDCA)cycle in clinical nutrition teaching.Methods A total of 104 undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine in the School of Clinical Medicine of Jiamusi University from September 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the teaching time:52 students from Septem-ber 2021 to August 2022 as the control group and 52 students from September 2022 to August 2023 as the research group.The control group adopted the conventional clinical nutrition teaching,and the research group adopted the dual main teaching method based on PDCA cycle.The results of teaching assessment,critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical practice and practice assessment scores of the re-search group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of the Chinese version of the critical thinking ability question table of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The dual main teaching method based on PDCA cycle has a relatively ideal application effect in clinical nutrition teaching,which effectively improves students'teaching assessment results and teaching satisfaction,and enhances their critical thinking ability.
