摘 要:目的探究阶梯式培训模式对微生物室实习医生操作技能的培训效果。方法选取2020年6月—2022年3月于在南通大学第六附属医院微生物室实习的医生45名纳入本研究,按照实习时间将研究对象分为对照组(n=21,2020年6月—2021年3月)、观察组(n=24,2021年6月—2022年3月),分别行传统培训模式、阶梯式培训模式,比较两组考核成绩、对带教教师培训效果满意度、自我学习效果。结果观察组实习医生理论成绩及操作技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对带教教师的培训模式满意度、培训难点突出、培训创新性、培训管理、教学热情与组织清晰性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自我学习效果评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶梯式培训模式应用于微生物室实习医生带教中,可丰富其微生物室相关理论知识,提升操作技能及对带教教师培训效果满意度,自我学习效果评价也随之提高。Objective To explore the effectiveness of the stepped training model on the training skills of interns in the microbiology laboratory.Methods 45 doctors interned in the microbiology department of the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from June 2020 to March 2022 were selected as study subjects,and according to the internship time,the study subjects were divided into the control group(n=21,from June 2020 to March 2021)and the observa-tion group(n=24,from June 2021 to March 2022),and they were respectively in the traditional training mode and the stepped training mode,and the assessment results,satisfaction with the training effect of the instructors,and the effect of self-learning were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical scores and operational skills scores of intern doctors in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The scores of the observation group on the training mode satisfaction,highlighting of train-ing difficulties,training innovativeness,training management,teaching enthusiasm and organizational clarity of the in-structors were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-learning effect scores of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the stepped training model in teaching microbi-ology laboratory interns can enrich their theoretical knowledge related to the microbiology laboratory,improve their op-erational skills and satisfaction with the training effect of the teaching teachers,and improve their self-learning effect evaluation.
