基于PDCA的公共卫生管理降低传染性疾病发生率的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析基于PDCA的公共卫生管理降低传染性疾病发生率的效果。方法随机选取山东省荣军总医院2021年1—12月实施常规管理模式的医务人员15名以及同期50例住院患者(A组)、2022年1—12月实施基于PDCA的公共卫生管理的医务人员15名以及同期50例住院患者(B组)为研究对象。对比A组和B组每个季度以及年终公共管理卫生相关知识考核成绩、医疗文书书写评分、了解传染病相关知识评分、监测传染病疫情情况评分、管理期间传染病发生率、卫生管理项目评分。结果B组1—3月、4—6月、7—9月、10—12月、年终考核成绩分别为(82.31±5.46)分、(85.62±5.98)分、(90.56±3.24)分、(93.15±2.34)分、(95.26±2.13)分,均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组1—3月、4—6月、7—9月、10—12月、年终医疗文书书写评分分别为(80.23±4.68)分、(84.26±4.52)分、(87.62±4.68)分、(91.52±3.84)分、(95.16±2.34)分,均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);年终B组了解传染病相关知识评分、监测传染病疫情情况评分、卫生管理项目评分高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面落实基于PDCA的公共卫生管理措施能提高医务人员对相关知识的认知程度、医疗文书书写能力,提高检测传染病疫情、卫生管理质量,降低传染病发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of public health management based on PDCA on reducing the incidence of infectious diseases.Methods 15 medical staff who implemented the conventional management mode from January to December 2021 and 50 hospitalized patients in the same period(group A),15 medical staff who implemented public health management based on PDCA from January to December 2022 and 50 hospitalized patients during the same pe-riod participated(group B)in Shandong Rongjun Greneral Hospital were selected as the study objects.The results of public management health-related knowledge assessment,medical document writing scores,knowledge of infectious diseases,monitoring infectious disease situation score,infectious disease incidence during management,health man-agement project score were compared between group A and group B each quarter and at the end of the year.Results The scores of examine in group B from January to March,from April to June,from July to September,from October to December and at the end of the year were(82.31±5.46)points,(85.62±5.98)points,(90.56±3.24)points,(93.15±2.34)points and(95.26±2.13)points,which were higher than those in group A,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The scores of medical writing in group B from January to March,from April to June,from July to Sep-tember,from October to December and at the end of the year were(80.23±4.68)points,(84.26±4.52)points,(87.62±4.68)points,(91.52±3.84)points and(95.16±2.34)points,which were higher than those in group A,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of the year,the scores of group B on knowledge about infec-tious diseases,the scores of monitoring infectious diseases and the scores of health management items were higher than those of group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The full implementation of public health management measures based on PDCA can improve medical personnel's cognition of relevant knowl-edge,writing ability of medical d
