摘 要:医院实力和发展归根到底是高层次人才的竞争,随着医疗服务的不断发展,医院高层次人才的引育显得尤为重要。社会群众的医疗服务需求日益增加,这为医院引育高层次人才提供了强有力的动力。通过SWOT模型对高层次人才引育进行综合分析,能清楚地认识到自身在人才引育方面的优势劣势和机会威胁,从而掌握人才引育的难点,继而提出相关对策建议。医院高层次人才引育的目的是提升医院的综合实力,带动医院的学科研究、教学和医疗技术改革,提高医院的综合诊疗水平和服务质量,提高医院核心竞争力。The strength and development of hospital is the competition of high-level talents in the final analysis.With the continuous development of medical services,the cultivation of high-level talents in hospital is particularly important.The increasing demand for medical services of the masses of society has provided a strong impetus for hos⁃pitals to recruit high-level talents.Through the SWOT model,makes a comprehensive analysis of high-level talent education,and can clearly understand its own advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in talent education,so as to grasp the difficulties of talent education,and then put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.The purpose of introducing high-level talents in a hospital is to enhance the comprehensive strength of the hospital,drive the disciplinary research,teaching and medical technology reform of the hospital,improve the comprehensive diagno⁃sis and treatment level and service quality of the hospital,and enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital.
