安全质量管理理念在医院总务科管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析安全质量管理理念在医院总务科管理中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月—2022年12月云浮市中医院在职的10名医院总务科管理人员为研究对象,2019年1月—2020年12月实施常规管理为对照组,2021年1月—2022年12月实施安全质量管理为研究组,比较管理前后的质量评分、总务科不良事件发生率、管理满意度。结果研究组的质量管理评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的管理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将安全质量管理理念应用于医院总务科管理中具有较好的管理效果,可以提升医院总务科管理的整体质量,降低不良事件的发生率,同时还可提升总务科的管理满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of safety and quality management concepts in the management of hospital general affairs department.Methods 10 hospital general affairs department managers working in Yunfu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.The control group was under routine management from January 2019 to December 2020,and the research group was under safety and quality management from January 2021 to December 2022.Compared the quality scores,incidence of adverse events in the general affairs department,and management satisfaction between the two groups before and af-ter management.Results The quality management score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying safety and quality management concepts to the man-agement of hospital general affairs departments has good management effects,can improve the overall quality of hospi-tal general affairs department management,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.At the same time,it can also improve the management satisfaction of the general affairs department.
