医院中药房优化管理在提升药学服务水平中的应用分析

摘　　要：我国医疗技术水平提升迅速,单一的西药治疗方式已经无法满足患者日益增长的医疗需求,为此,医院需在西医治疗基础上融入中医治疗。中药房是中医药物管理的重要场所,其管理水平在一定程度上影响药学服务水平。文章重点阐述医院中药房优化管理的必要性,各个环节的管理措施以及医院优化管理办法,为医院中药房管理优化,药学服务水平提升奠定基础。Our country's medical technology level is improving rapidly,and single Western medicine treatment meth⁃ods can no longer meet the growing medical needs of patients.For this reason,hospitals need to integrate traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of Western medicine treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies are important places for the management of traditional Chinese medicine drugs,and their management level affects the level of pharmaceutical services to a certain extent.The article focuses on the necessity of optimizing the management of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacies in hospitals,the management measures of each link,and the optimal man⁃agement methods of hospitals,laying a foundation for optimizing the management of traditional Chinese medicine phar⁃macies in hospitals and improving the level of pharmaceutical services.
