摘　　要：近年来,多学科协作模式在医院感染预防控制中得以应用,其整合了多个学科的专业知识,建立起有效的沟通机制,强调共同学习医院感染管理的相关知识,以推动医院感染预防控制工作的创新和发展。本研究介绍了医院感染的影响因素,分析了医院感染预防控制的重要性,对多学科协作模式的特点及内涵进行介绍,并探究了其在医院感染预防控制中的应用与管理,以期为医院感染预防工作提供参考。In recent years,multidisciplinary collaboration model has been applied in nosocomial infection prevention and control,which integrates the professional knowledge of multiple disciplines,establishes an effective communica⁃tion mechanism,and emphasizes the joint learning of nosocomial infection management knowledge,so as to promote the innovation and development of nosocomial infection prevention and control.This study introduced the influencing factors of nosocomial infection,analyzed the importance of nosocomial infection prevention and control,introduced the characteristics and connotation of multidisciplinary collaboration model,and explored its application and management in nosocomial infection prevention and control,in order to provide references for nosocomial infection prevention and control.
