摘  要:目的探讨在全科临床教学中应用以案例为基础的教学方法的效果。方法选取2022年7月—2023年7月潍坊医学院附属医院进行实习的90名实习医生为研究对象,根据教学方式的不同分为常规组(常规传统教学法,45名)及研究组(以案例为基础的教学法,45名),对两组实习生的教学效果进行对比分析。结果研究组考核成绩优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教学满意度显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组学习效果优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在全科临床教学中实施以案例为基础的教学法,其教学效果十分理想。Objective To explore the effect of applying case-based teaching method in general clinical teaching.Methods A total of 90 interns who practiced in the Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical College from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different teaching methods,they were divided into the conventional group(conventional traditional teaching method,45)and the research group(case-based teaching method,45),and the teaching effects of the two groups of interns were compared and analyzed.Results The test re⁃sults of the study group was better than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The learning effect of the study group was better than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case-based teaching method is applied in the clinical teaching of general medicine,and its teaching effect is very ideal.
