摘　　要：高速铁路联调联试是验证高速铁路建设质量和开通运营安全的重要环节,工务工程联调联试是高速铁路联调联试的重要组成部分,直接决定了高速铁路系统功能及性能是否满足标准要求和开通运营条件。从前期准备、实施过程、后续管理等阶段研究分析工务工程联调联试关键环节的管控重点。研究发现,准备阶段应重点管控联调联试大纲编制、管理体系建立和前提条件确认等环节;实施阶段应重点管控实施安全、问题整改、实施效率等环节;后续管理阶段应重点管控动态验收报告编制、遗留问题整改、开通运营初期工作组织等环节。研究结论对规范工务工程联调联试施工组织管理,高质量开通高速铁路具有一定的指导意义,并可为后续更好开展高速铁路工务工程联调联试提供参考和借鉴。The integrated commissioning&test of high speed railway is crucial for validating the construction quality and ensuring operation safety.The integrated commissioning and test of track works hold significant importance in the integrated commissioning and test of high speed railway.It directly assesses whether the high speed railway system functions and performance meet the standard requirements and conditions necessary for its opening to traffic.The crucial management and control points for key links involved in the integrated commissioning&test of track works in the early preparation,implementation,and subsequent management stages are studied and analyzed.It is found that the preparation stage should focus on managing and controlling the preparation of an integrated commissioning&test program,the establishment of a management system,and the confirmation of preconditions;the implementation stage should focus on managing and controlling the implementation safety,problem eradication,and implementation efficiency;the subsequent management stage should focus on managing and controlling the preparation of the dynamic acceptance report,eradication of remaining problems,and work organization at the initial operation stage.The research conclusion offers guidance for standardizing the construction organization and management of integrated commissioning&test of track works and opening high speed railway with high quality,and provides a reference for better carrying out integrated commissioning&test of high speed railway track works in the future.
