中医护理对骨折卧床患者便秘发生率、满意度的影响观察

摘　　要：目的 观察中医护理对骨折卧床患者便秘发生率、满意度的影响。方法 选择2021年5月—2023年5月入本院接受骨折卧床治疗的患者80例为研究对象,按照不同护理技术分为试验组(中医护理)和对照组(常规护理),每组40例,分析护理价值。结果 试验组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组便秘发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,试验组心理状态优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05),试验组生活质量评分更高(P<0.05)。结论 运用穴位敷贴技术联合艾箱灸技术对骨折卧床患者实施中医护理,可降低便秘发生率,提高患者症状积分、心理状态和生活质量,进而提升护理满意度,建议运用。Objective To observe effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on constipation incidence and satisfaction degree of bedridden patients with fractures.Methods The paper chose 80 bedridden patients with fractures admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023,and divided them into experimental group(treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing)and control group(with routine nursing)according to different nursing techniques,40 cases in each group,and nursing value was analyzed between two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group was 39%(97.50%),higher than 33%in control group(82.50%)(P<0.05),and incidence of constipation in experimental group was 1/40(2.50%),lower than 8/40(20.00%)in control group(P<0.05).After nursing,psychological state of experimental group was better than control group(P<0.05),symptom scores of experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05),life quality scores of experimental group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application technology combined with moxa box moxibustion technology can reduce incidence of constipation,improve symptom scores,psychological status,and life quality,nursing satisfaction degree in traditional Chinese medicine nursing of bedridden patients with fractures,which is recommended for application.
