摘　　要：目的 小儿腺样体切除术中应用快速康复理念联合冷冻盐水冷疗干预的临床效果观察。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年5月在本院择期行鼻内镜下小儿腺样体切除术的患儿100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、试验组,每组50例。对照组采取传统围手术期护理方式,试验组在予以基础护理的同时,采取快速康复理念联合冷冻盐水冷疗干预。比较两组患儿围手术期基本情况(手术时间、出血量、咽痛持续时间、鼻腔通气时间),比较观察术后6h、12h、24h患儿疼痛情况(Wong-Baker面部表情量表),分析两组患儿出院时的家属满意度以及术后一周内患儿的并发症发生率。结果 试验组患儿手术时间、出血量、咽痛持续时间、鼻腔通气时间较对照组显著更少(P<0.05),术后6h、12h、24h Wong-Baker面部表情量表评分较对照组显著更低(P<0.05);术后一周内两组患儿并发症(鼻出血、发热、窒息)发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患儿出院时的家属满意度较对照组显著更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 快速康复理念联合冷冻盐水冷疗干预在小儿腺样体切除术中的临床效果较为显著,加快患儿术后康复进度,并减轻疼痛,有利于提高家属满意度。Objective To observe the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation combined with freezing saline water therapy during adenoidectomy in children.Methods From January 2021 to May 2022,a total of 100 children who underwent endoscopic adenoidectomy were selected from the Department of Pediatrics and otolaryngology outpatients and inpatients in our hospital,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received traditional perioperative nursing,while the experimental group received basic nursing at the same time,the concept of rapid rehabilitation combined with freezing salt water cooling therapy intervention.The basic conditions(operation time,amount of blood loss,duration of pharyngeal pain and nasal ventilation time)in the perioperative period of the two groups were compared,and the pain conditions of the children 6h,12h and 24h after surgery(Wong-Baker facial expression Scale)were compared and observed.The satisfaction of family members at discharge and the incidence of complications within one week after surgery were analyzed.Results The operative time,blood loss,duration of pharyngeal pain and nasal ventilation time of experimental group were significantly less than those of control group(P<0.05),and the scores of postoperative 6h,12h and 24h Wong-Baker facial expression scale were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications(epistaxis,fever and asphyxia)within one week after surgery was not statistically significant in 2 groups(P>0.05);The family satisfaction of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group at discharge,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation combined with saline cooling therapy in children with adenoidectomy is significant,which can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation progress and reduce pain,which is conducive to improving family satisfaction.
