摘　　要：新时代推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣、建设社会主义文化强国的奋斗目标赋予了学术期刊特殊的文化使命,学术期刊作为社会主义文化传播者、建设者、服务者与创新者,同时也是学术共同体构建的天然桥梁,是高校学术育人的重要载体。从学术共同体视角出发,探讨高校学术期刊在学术育人中的重要作用、分析学术期刊在学术育人过程中育人的要素、存在的问题,并提出相应的实现路径和解决方案,在产出高质量的学术成果的同时,以期高校学术期刊在潜移默化中促使学生自觉维护和弘扬良好的学术风气,努力为社会主义文化的繁荣与发展作出应有贡献。In the new era,the striving goals of promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture and building a culturally strong socialist country endow academic journals with a special cultural mission.Academic journals,as disseminators,builders,servers,and innovators of socialist culture,are also natural bridges for the construction of academic communities and animportant medium for educating students in universities.From the perspective of academic communities,this paper discusses the important role of academic journals of universities in talent cultivation,analyzes the elements and existing problems of the cultivation in the process of educating students through the university academic journals,and proposes corresponding implementation paths and solutions.While producing high-quality academic outcomes,university academic journals are expected to subtly encourage students to consciously maintain and promote a good academic atmosphere and strive to make due contributions to the prosperity and development of socialist culture.
