血清降钙素原检测对儿科感染性疾病的诊断分析

摘　　要：目的评价血清降钙素原在儿科感染性疾病中的应用价值。方法研究时间截取的是本院2021年3月—2022年3月,研究对象为儿科接收的33例感染性疾病患儿和33例病毒感染患儿以及同期33例健康体检儿童,分别纳入观察组、病毒感染组和对照组,测定三组患儿的血清降钙素原进行对比。结果病毒感染组、观察组患儿血清降钙素原阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血清降钙素原诊断价值高,可为儿科感染性疾病诊断和治疗提供指导。Objective To evaluate value of serum procalcitonin of pediatric infectious diseases.Methods The paper chose 33 children with infectious diseases,33 children with virus infection and 33 healthy children hospitalized in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 as study subjects,included in observation group,virus infection group and control group respectively.Serum procalcitonin levels of three groups were measured and compared.Results Positive rate of serum procalcitonin in virus infected group and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum procalcitonin can achieve high diagnostic value and can provide guidance for diagnosis and treatment of pediatric infectious diseases.
