摘 要:目的观察双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌辅助治疗新生儿黄疸的应用效果及对免疫功能、转氨酶的影响分析。方法选取2021年1—10月本院接收的新生儿黄疸患儿112例,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和实验组,每组56例。对照组接受间歇性蓝光照射治疗,实验组行双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌辅助治疗,对比两组治疗效果,治疗前、后血清胆红素水平,细胞免疫状态情况及转氨酶情况。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿血清胆红素水平、CD4+、CD8+、NK细胞亚群含量及转氨酶情况无显著差别,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CD4+、NK细胞亚群表达量均增加,且观察组指标显著高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清胆红素水平、CD8+表达量、血清GCT、ALT、AST水平均下降,且观察组指标显著低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后肠道菌群指标优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗第3d后,经皮测定黄疸数据均低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌辅助联合间歇性蓝光照射对新生儿黄疸的治疗效果显著,有效改善患儿临床症状,安全性好,多加推广应用,有助于提高治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To observe the effect of Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triple live bacteria in the adjuvant treatment of neonatal jaundice and analyze the effect on immune function and transaminase.Methods A total of 112 children with neonatal jaundice received in our hospital from January 2021 to October 2021 were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method,56 cases in each group.The control group received intermittent blue light irradiation treatment,and the experimental group received Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triple active adjuvant therapy.The therapeutic effect,serum bilirubin level,cellular immune status and aminotransferase status of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum bilirubin level,CD4+,CD8+,NK cell subsets content and aminotransferase between the two groups,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the expression levels of CD4+and NK cell subsets were increased in both groups,and the indexes in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,serum bilirubin level,CD8+expression,serum GCT,ALT and AST levels were decreased in both groups,the index of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intestinal flora index of the experimental group was better than the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 days of group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triple live bacteria assisted combined with intermittent blue light irradiation has significant therapeutic effect on neonatal jaundice,effectively improving the clinical symptoms of children with good safety,and mor
