无创心功能检测在高血压患者中的临床应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析高血压患者采用无创心功能检测诊断的价值。方法筛选2021年1—9月在本院接受治疗的40例高血压患者为观察组,同期选择40例健康体检者为对照组,均实施无创心功能检测,对比两组检测结果、不同心功能分级者检测结果。结果观察组CO、HR、EF、VEDEP、BNP低于对照组;SVR、心肌氧指数高于对照组;Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级CO、HR、EF、VEDEP、BNP低于Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级;SVR、心肌氧指数高于Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级,以上数据差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压诊断中采用无创心功能检测可准确鉴别疾病,为医师制定治疗方案、评估预后效果提供参考,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze value of non-invasive cardiac function detection in diagnosis of hypertension patients.Methods The paper chose 40 hypertensive patients with physical examination from January 2021 to September 2021 as observation group,while 40 healthy individuals with physical examination as control group.After non-invasive cardiac function detection,test results between two groups and those with different concentric function grading were compared.Results CO,HR,EF,VEDEP,BNP levels in observation group were lower than control group,while SVR and myocardial oxygen index were higher than control group.CO,HR,EF,VEDEP,BNP levels of grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ were lower than those of grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ,while SVR and myocardial oxygen index were higher than grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ.Conclusion Non-invasive cardiac function detection can accurately distinguish diseases,provide reference for physicians to develop treatment plans and evaluate prognosis in diagnosis of hypertension,wchih is worthy of reference.
