摘　　要：目的探讨下肢骨折患者中应用交锁髓内钉早期动力化的效果分析。方法选取本院2017年5月—2022年6月所收治的50例患者,采取随机颜色球抽取法分为两组,对照组(n=25)实施交锁髓内钉治疗,治疗组(n=25)行交锁髓内钉+早期动力化干预,对比两组的不同阶段骨折愈合因子水平、治疗效果、并发症发生率、临床指标以及疼痛评分。结果通过分析比较两组骨折愈合因子水平、治疗效果,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率高于治疗组,疼痛评分也高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用交锁髓内钉早期动力化方式,对下肢骨折进行治疗,疗效确切,减少不良症状的发生,改善肢体活动功能,促进其早日恢复健康。Objective To explore and analyze effect of early dynamic application of interlocking intramedullary nails for patients with lower limb fractures.Methods The paper chose 50 patients admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to June 2022,and randomly divided them into two groups with color ball sampling method.Control group with 25 patients was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail treatment,while treatment group with 25 patients with interlocking intramedullary nail and early dynamic intervention.Levels of fracture healing factors,treatment effect,incidence of complications,clinical indicators,and pain scores at different stages were compared between two groups.Results Treatment group had better effect than control group in terms of fracture healing factor levels and treatment effect,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in control group was higher than treatment group,pain scores were higher than treatment group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Early dynamic treatment of interlocking intramedullary nails can achieve definite curative effect,can reduce incidence of adverse symptoms,improve limb mobility,and promote early recovery of health of lower limb fracture patients.
