摘　　要：目的探讨比较宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术后采取左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(曼月乐)与口服孕激素预防复发的临床效果。方法选择2021年1—6月本院收治的79例宫腔镜下进行子宫内膜息肉切除治疗的患者,以简单随机法模式将其分为治疗组和对照组,对照组(n=39)在术后给予地屈孕酮口服,治疗组(n=40)在术后给予曼月乐,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组术后6个月子宫内膜厚度、术后12个月子宫内膜厚度均薄于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后3个月月经量、术后6个月月经量、术后12个月月经量均少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术后放置曼月乐,可降低子宫内膜厚度,使月经量减少,有效预防复发,值得临床推广。Objective To compare clinical effect of levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system(Mirena)and oral progesterone in preventing recurrence after hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.Methods The paper chose 79 patients with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy in our hospital from January to June 2021,and divided them into treatment group and control group with simple randomized method.Control group consisted of 39 patients was treated with oral dexamethasone after surgery,while treatment group consisted of 40 patients with postoperative mannitol.Treatment effect between two groups was compared.Results Endometrial thickness in observation group was(7.29±1.55)mm at 6 months after surgery and(4.37±2.09)mm at 12 months after surgery,thinner than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Menstrual volume in observation group was(49.37±3.07)mL at 3 months after surgery,(34.76±2.08)mL at 6 months after surgery,and(33.65±2.84)mL at 12 months after surgery,all of which were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).There was one postoperative recurrence in observation group,with a recurrence rate of 2.50%,significantly lower than 10.26%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Placing meniscus after hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy can reduce endometrial thickness,menstrual flow,and prevent recurrence effectively,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
