自体表皮移植治疗稳定期白癜风的技术策略研究

摘　　要：目的自体表皮移植治疗稳定期白癜风的技术策略和应用效果。方法选择本院收治的62例稳定期白癜风患者(2021年7月—2022年12月),随机分为非移植组和表皮移植组,每组31例。非移植组采用外用药物治疗,自体表皮移植组在非移植组基础上增加自体表皮移植治疗,观察两组患者治疗后皮损面积变化,并对比两组临床疗效、不良反应、美观度和患者满意度情况。结果自体表皮移植组总有效率显著高于非移植组,差异显著有统计意义(P<0.05)。自体表皮移植组美观度优良率显著高于非移植组,差异显著有统计意义(P<0.05)。自体表皮移植组满意度显著高于非移植组,差异显著有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论自体表皮移植治疗效果可靠,可有效促进白斑区域恢复正常肤色,缩小白斑面积,美观度较高,患者满意度也随之提升,且安全性可靠,应用于稳定期白癜风高效安全,临床疗效较为理想。Objective To study technical strategy and application effect of autologous epidermal transplantation for stable vitiligo.Methods The paper paper chose 62 patients with stable vitiligo admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to December 2022,and divided them into non transplant group and epidermal transplant group randomly,with 31 cases in each group.Non transplant group was treated with topical medication treatment,while autologous epidermal transplantation group added autologous epidermal transplantation treatment.Changes in skin lesion area after treatment were observed in both groups,clinical Effect,adverse reactions,aesthetics,and satisfaction degree of patients were compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of autologous epidermal transplantation group was significantly higher than non transplantation group(P<0.05).Excellent and good aesthetic rate in autologous epidermal transplantation group was significantly higher than non transplantation group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of autologous epidermal transplantation group was significantly higher than non transplantation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Autologous epidermal transplantation can achieve reliable treatment effect,can promote restoration of normal skin color in vitiligo area effectively,reduce area of vitiligo with high aesthetic value,and improve satisfaction degree of patients.Moreover,it is safe and efficient for stable vitiligo with ideal clinical effect.
