摘　　要：目的探讨Orem自护模式在肝癌患者中的应用效果。方法采用随机数表法将本院2021年2月—2023年3月收治的162例肝癌患者进行分组,对照组81例采取常规护理,观察组81例采取Orem自护模式,两组患者均持续护理至出院。比较两组深静脉血栓(DVT)认知情况、DVT等并发症发生率以及生活质量。结果观察组护理后DVT认知情况中形成原因、临床表现、危害性以及预防保健评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组DVT、穿刺部位出血、腹痛等并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后肝癌患者生命质量测定量表(QOL-LC)中心理功能、躯体功能、症状/副作用以及社会功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Orem自护模式可提高肝癌患者对DVT相关知识的认知,有效预防DVT等并发症发生,从而提升患者生活质量。Objective To explore application effect of Orem self-care model for liver cancer patients.Methods The paper divided 162 liver cancer patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to March 2023 into groups with random number table method.Control group consisted of 81 patients was treated with routine nursing,while observation group consisted of 81 patients with Orem self-care.Both groups was treated with continuous nursing until discharge.Cognitive status,incidence of complications such as deep vein thrombosis(DVT),and life quality was compared between two groups.Results Observation group had higher levels of DVT cognition in terms of causes,clinical manifestations,harmfulness,and preventive healthcare scores after nursing than control group(P<0.05).Total incidence of complications such as DVT,puncture site bleeding,and abdominal pain in observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Life quality assessment scale(QOL-LC)for liver cancer patients in observation group after nursing had higher scores in terms of central function,physical function,symptoms/side effect,and social function than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Orem self-care model can improve the understanding of DVT related knowledge in liver cancer patients,prevent complications of DVT effectively,and improve life quality of patients.
