乳化燃料油替代燃煤在玉米烘干机系统的应用

摘　　要：我国东北地区是玉米主产区,收获后水分较高,需要烘干后才能安全储藏。现有的玉米烘干机多数以煤作为热源,存在热效率低、能耗高、污染重等问题。随着国家环保政策对大气污染物排放要求的提高,以燃煤作为热源的玉米干燥方式已不能满足环保要求。为满足新形势下玉米烘干领域的技术需求,研制了乳化燃料油热风炉替代燃煤热风炉的供热工艺,并在辽宁某粮库的玉米烘干机系统升级改造中进行应用试验,经生产试验表明乳化燃料油替代燃煤作为热源完全可行。Northeast China is the main producing area of corn,and the corn in this region should to be dried before safe storage because its moisture is higher after harvest.Most corn dryer systems still used coal as the heat source,which had problems such as low heat efficiency,high energy consumption,heavy pollution.As the improvement of the national environmental protection policy for the emission of air pollutants,the corn drying method using coal as the heat source couldn t satisfy the requirements of environmental protection.This paper introduced the application of emulsified fuel oil heating hot blast stove which used in the heat source reform of corn dryer system,verification test proved that the reform was effective.
