摘 要:智能人居环境为基于物联网的非穿戴式智能环境健康预警、新型照护、智慧康复和主动健康一体化系统,虽然目前尚未完全实现基于环境、行为、生理和设备四大类信息的智能关联,自动提供个性化健康服务这一目标,但物联网、大数据、人工智能等底层技术以及芯片、传感器等电子设备的稳定发展为我国养老行业持续发展提供了坚实的基础。该文重点综述了智能人居环境体系的特点、功能、建设现状及不足之处,并从健康建筑、监测及服务装备、后服务平台建设及示范应用3个方面展望了智能人居环境体系的发展方向。Smart living environment is an Internet of Things(IoT)-based system that integrating non-wearable smart environment health monitoring,innovative care,intelligent rehabilitation and proactive health services.Although the goal of automatically providing personalized health services based on the intelligent interconnection of four categories of information including environment,behavior,physiology and device hasn't been fully realized,however,the stable development of underlying technologies such as IoT,big data and AI,and electronic devices such as chips and sensors provides a solid foundation for the sustainable development of China's elderly care industry.This paper reviews the characteristics,functions,current status and shortcomings of the smart living environment system,and outlines its future development directions in terms of healthy architecture,monitoring and service equipment,as well as post-service platform construction and demonstration application.
