摘  要:人工智能(AI)技术引领了许多领域的创新,社会的智能化已成必然趋势。AI辅助下的医疗工作取得了实质性的进步。眼科学是一门高度依赖技术发展的学科,AI的介入是眼科学一场新的技术革命。通过研读近5年AI在眼科领域应用的文献,发现AI主要的应用领域是通过判读影像学资料进行基层筛查和辅助诊断,涉及的病种以糖尿病视网膜病变、青光眼和白内障为主,除了对白内障分级诊断的准确率有待提高,其他数据都显示出AI的可信性能与高年资医师媲美。在辅助治疗和疾病预测方面的文献较少,说明AI还有很大的发展空间。但AI始终无法完全取代临床医师,故临床医师不要过分依赖AI,可采取“AI+人工”的形式,充分利用AI,使其发挥最大价值。AI(artificial intelligence) technology has led innovation in many fields,and an intelligent society has become an inevitable trend.Substantial progress has been made in AI-assisted medical services.Ophthalmology is a discipline that is highly dependent on technological development,and AI application is a new technological revolution in ophthalmology.Through reviewing the literature on AI application in ophthalmology in the past five years,it is found that the main AI application field is to perform primary screening and auxiliary diagnosis by interpreting imaging data,and the diseases involved were mainly diabetic retinopathy,glaucoma and cataract.Except for the accuracy rate of grading diagnosis of cataracts needs to be improved,other data have shown that AI is as reliable as senior physicians.The lack of literature on adjuvant therapy and disease prediction indicates that there is still a lot of room for AI development in this field.However,AI can never completely replace clinicians,so clinicians should not rely too much on AI and can apply "AI plus physician" to make full use of AI and maximize its value.
