摘 要:糖尿病肾病(DKD)是我国慢性肾衰竭的主要原因之一,发病机制极其复杂,临床诊断常用估算肾小球滤过率(eGFR)、尿微量白蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐等指标,但这些指标的变化较肾损害相对滞后,且影响结果的因素较多,特异度和灵敏度并非理想,因此,探索早期诊断糖尿病肾病的相关生物标志物对其防治具有深远意义。近年来,足细胞及其标志蛋白已成为研究的热点,有望成为糖尿病肾病早期诊断的标志物。Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the main causes of chronic renal failure in China,and the pathogenesis is extremely complex.Estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),urinary microalbumin,urea nitrogen,creatinine and other indicators are usually used in clinical diagnosis,but the changes in these indicators are relatively delayed compared to renal damage,and there are many factors that affect the results,so specificity and sensitivity are not ideal.Therefore,exploring biomarkers related to early diagnosis of diabetic kidney disease has far-reaching significance for its prevention and treatment.In recent years,podocytes and their marker proteins have become the focus of research,and are expected to become markers for the early diagnosis of DKD.
