摘  要:基于数值模拟方法,采用双流体模型,分析了汽轮机静叶除湿缝特性对除湿能力和级性能的影响,结果表明:随着除湿缝角度减小或宽度增大,除湿能力逐渐提高,级效率逐渐降低;除湿缝进口倒斜角或圆角,能提高除湿能力,但会略微降低级效率;在吸力面或压力面增加除湿缝数量,能显著提高除湿能力,但会大幅降低级效率。综合考虑除湿能力、级效率、叶片强度和加工可行性,该机组末级静叶除湿缝角度建议取45°,宽度建议取4 mm,进口建议倒斜角。Based on numerical simulation method,the influence of performance of the moisture removal suction slot of the vane on moisture removal capability and stage performance was analyzed by two-fluid model.The results show that,along with the decrease of slot angle or increase of slot width,the moisture removal suction capability improves gradually,while the stage efficiency reduces gradually.Adding chamfer or fillet at the inlet of slot can improve the moisture removal suction capability,but lower the stage efficiency a little.Increasing the quantity of slots at the suction side or pressure side can improve the moisture removal suction capability significantly,but lower the stage efficiency greatly.Taking into account of the moisture removal suction capability,stage efficiency,vane strength and machining feasibility,the slot angle of the last stage of vane for this steam turbine is suggested to be 45°,the slot width is suggested to be 4 mm,and the inlet structure is suggested to be chamfered.
