摘 要:随着城乡建设进入内涵式发展阶段,规划类型由面向新城、新区或成片未开发区的“蓝图式规划”,转向面向成片现状建成区以解决问题为主的“针灸式规划”,更考验规划设计师把握现状、发现问题、解决问题的综合能力,而现行的规划编制方法、工具难以适应新时期业务变革的需求。因此,探讨如何借助科技手段赋能规划设计师,提升规划行业的水平和效率具有重大意义。本文结合规划编制全流程,进行科技赋能规划设计师的实证分析,旨在通过此项探索,助力城乡规划行业信息化发展。As urban and rural construction enters the stage of connotative development,the type of planning has changed from "blueprint planning" for new cities,new areas or undeveloped areas to "acupuncture planning" for existing builtup areas focusing on solving problems.It is more a test of the comprehensive ability for planning designers to grasp the status quo,find problems,and solve problems.However,the current planning preparation methods and tools are difficult to adapt to the needs of business changes in the new era.Therefore it is of great significance to exploring how to use technology to empower planning designers and improve the level and efficiency of the planning industry.This article combines the entire planning process to conduct an empirical analysis of technology empowerment for planning designers,aiming to assist in the informationization development of the urban and rural planning industry.
