摘  要:为了推进厌氧氨氧化在酿酒废水脱氮中应用,对厌氧氨氧化工艺应用于酿酒废水处理的工艺设计及调试运行进行了研究,针对酿酒废水的特性,设计了由一体化厌氧反应器和二级厌氧氨氧化反应器组成的两级厌氧氨氧化处理工艺;采用酿酒废水处理厂硝化反硝化污泥接种,处理酿酒废水。成功启动厌氧氨氧化反应器的时间为105天,稳定运行后,反应器氨氮总去除率达95.8%。研究表明,以酿酒废水处理厂硝化反硝化污泥接种,两级厌氧氨氧化工艺处理酿酒废水,能够较快地形成处理能力。为厌氧氨氧化工艺在酿酒废水处理的推广应用积累了经验。In order to promote the application of anaerobic ammox in the denitrification of brewery wastewater,this paper studied the process design and commissioning operation of anaerobic ammox technology applied in the treatment of brewery wastewater.According to the characteristics of brewery wastewater,a two-stage anaerobic ammox treatment process consisting of an integrated anaerobic reactor and a two-stage anaerobic ammox reactor was designed.The fermentation wastewater was treated by nitrification and denitrification sludge inoculation.The anaerobic ammox reactor was successfully started in 105 days.After stable operation,the total removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reached 95.8%.The research showed that the treatment capacity of brewery wastewater can be formed quickly by inoculating nitrification and denitrification sludge and two-stage anamm oxidation process.The experience was accumulated for the application of anammox process in brewery wastewater treatment.
