县域医共体信息化行政管理体系实践探讨

摘　　要：目的:探索建立县域医共体信息化行政管理体系,推动医共体信息化有效管理,为医共体建设同行提供行之有效的解决思路和方案。方法:从4个管理方面分析当前医共体信息化行政管理体系存在的不足,梳理、总结连州市医共体的实践做法,并给出具体解决思路和方案。结果:连州市医共体信息化行政管理体系的建立,使信息化管理效率得到有效提升,形成可持续发展的管理机制,为县域医共体建设同行提供可实际落地的参考模式。结论:县域医共体信息化行政管理体系还存在较多的问题,需要各建设同行不断持续实践、完善和总结,形成更好的经验做法。Objective Explore the establishment of the county-level medical consortium IT-based administrative management system,so as to promote the effective management of the IT-based medical consortium and to provide effective solutions and programs for building medical consortium.Methods The shortcomings of the current ITbased administrative management system of the medical consortium were analyzed from four aspects of management,the practice of Lianzhou medical consortium was sorted out and summarized,and the specific solutions were given.Results With the establishment of the IT-based administrative management system of the medical consortium in Lianzhou City,the efficiency of IT-based management was effectively improved,and a sustainable development management mechanism was formed,providing a reference model that can be put into practice for counterparts building county-level medical consortium.Conclusion There are still many problems in the IT-based administrative management system of the county-level medical consortium,which needs to be continuously practiced,improved,and summarized,so as to bring about better experiences and practices.
