摘　　要：目的:解决大型三甲医院无纸化病案实施过程中的单机设备报告数字化问题。方法:对现存的单机设备进行调研,利用虚拟打印技术,设计单机设备无纸化程序,将不同来源的单机设备集成到医院信息系统。结果:截至2023年4月30日,医院已有83个科室共190个单机项目接入无纸化系统,已上传的单机设备报告超过63万份;实现了单机设备报告的数字化管理,切实提高了医务人员工作效率。结论:单机设备的无纸化改造确保了电子病历的完整性,有利于避免潜在的医疗风险,完善了医院的无纸化建设和信息化建设。Objective To solve the problem of digitization of stand-alone equipment reports during the implementation of paperless medical records in large tertiary hospitals.Methods The existing stand-alone equipment was investigated,and a paperless program was designed by using virtual printing technology to integrate the standalone equipment from different sources into the hospital information system.Results As of April 30,2023,a total of 190 stand-alone projects in 83 departments of the hospital had been connected to the paperless system,and more than 630,000 stand-alone equipment reports had been uploaded.The digital management of stand-alone equipment reports has been realized,which has effectively improved the efficiency of medical staff.Conclusion The paperless transformation of stand-alone equipment ensures the integrity of electronic medical records,helps to avoid potential medical risks,and improves the paperless construction and information construction of hospitals.
