摘　　要：雅万高铁是我国“一带一路”倡议和印度尼西亚“全球海洋支点”战略对接的标志性项目,其建设备受瞩目。以雅万高铁建设为契机,介绍印度尼西亚在无合适钢轨资源条件下,分析选定合理的钢轨长度,提出钢轨全流程运输难点,开展针对性试验,论述钢轨整体运输组织流程,解决钢轨运输难题。研究成果包括:(1)钢轨长度选型需基于不同运输条件,通过调研分析钢轨运输路径差异,结合设计标准,完成长度选型;(2)确定钢轨运输装载加固方案为:开展空载、装载10根、装载20根等不同运量和区段的运输试验,验证运输可行性;(3)针对50 m钢轨在我国的铁路运输、在海上运输、在印度尼西亚窄轨铁路运输全流程进行分析,确保钢轨安全运抵施工现场。该研究可为国产钢轨出口供应至海外不同国家的铁路/高铁项目提供借鉴,为“一带一路”后续类似工程提供经验,进一步推动中国高铁更好地“走出去”。The Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway(HSR)is a landmark project that aligns China’s Belt and Road Initiative with Indonesia’s Global Maritime Fulcrum Strategy.It has gained considerable attention.With the construction of the Jakarta-Bandung HSR as a framework,this paper focuses on analysis and selection of the rail length,given the absence of suitable rail resources in Indonesia.Additionally,it puts forward the difficulties throughout the rail transportation process,conducts targeted tests,discusses the overall rail transportation organization process,and proposes solutions to overcome the difficulties associated with rail transportation.The research results include:(1)Through investigation and analysis of differences in rail transportation routes,and in light of the design standards,completing the selection of rail length based on varying transportation conditions;(2)Determining the loading and reinforcement scheme for rail transportation:conducting transportation tests involving different loads(empty,10 rails,and 20 rails)to validate the transportation feasibility;(3)Improving the analysis on the railway transportation in China,maritime transportation,and narrow-gauge railway transportation in Indonesia to ensures the safe delivery of rails to the construction site.This research serves as a reference for railway and high speed railway projects involving rail exports from China to other countries.It also provides experience for future projects under the Belt and Road Initiative,and further advances China’s high speed railway sector towards a stronger global presence.
