摘 要:B_(2)O_(3)是玻璃熔制过程中极易挥发的原料之一。采用酸碱滴定、X射线衍射(XRD)等分析方法研究B_(2)O_(3)在ZnO-Bi_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)系统玻璃中的挥发行为,分析配料类型、加料温度、熔制温度、澄清均化温度和时间等对挥发率和挥发速率的影响。研究结果表明:配料为可熔制温度内分解的或含结晶水的盐类会增加挥发;B_(2)O_(3)的挥发量随着澄清均化温度的升高和时间的增加而增加,在熔融状态下影响挥发的主要因素为温度;适当提高加料温度可减少挥发;B_(2)O_(3)挥发率随配料气体率提高而提高。因此,提出适合ZnO-Bi_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)系无碱玻璃在熔制过程中减少挥发的关键温度点,包括加料温度400℃、熔制温度800℃、澄清均化温度900℃。采用此方法熔制的玻璃,B_(2)O_(3)挥发率比常规途径降低10%。Boron oxide(B_(2)O_(3))is one of the most volatile raw materials in the glass melting process.The acid-base titration,XRD and other methods were used to study the volatilization behavior of B_(2)O_(3)in ZnO-Bi_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)system glass,including the effects of ingredient type,feeding temperature,melting temperature,refining temperature and time on volatilization rate and volatilization speed.The results showed that the volatilization will increase if the ingredients are salts that can be decomposed within the melting temperature or contain water of crystallization;the volatilization of B_(2)O_(3)increased with the increase of refining temperature and time,and the temperature in the molten state is the main factor affecting volatilization;increasing the feeding temperature appropriately can reduce volatilization;the volatilization rate increased with the increase of ingredient gas rate.Based on this,a set of key temperature points suitable for reducing volatilization of alkali free glass was provided in the ZnO-Bi_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)system during the melting process,included the feeding temperature 400℃,melting temperature 800℃,refining temperature 900℃.By this method,the volatilization rate was reduced by 10%compared to conventional methods.
